Occupational Science Europe Mission Statement is articulated through the following points:
- Engage in and pursue knowledge creation that illuminates the conditions, policies and systems that create a fair, just and sustainable society through an occupational perspective.
- Gather, embrace, and facilitate diverse knowledge of human action through dialogues and other democratic ways that include underrepresented groups in society.
- Engage at all levels (collective, individual, and structural) with knowledge and initiatives that strive for social transformation in ways which embrace equity, dignity, and a good life.
- Apply an occupational perspective to advance knowledge creation to better equip future professionals for tackling societal problems expressed in the everyday life of people, communities, and societies.
